Gentle Yoga

Our soothing gentle class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility, while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace - allowing ample time to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching & lingering in supported seated poses. Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well being. (Beginner friendly, All levels welcome)

Core on the Board

This new, unconventional and exciting yoga class shines the light on strength, balance and focus.  Indo Yoga Boards are designed to simulate Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga, but without the water.  Each board has four rockers on the bottom to create a back and forth rocking motion creating an unstable surface. We bring the boards into the studio and use them in a class setting where students practice using muscular strength, especially core strength, balance and intense focus to bring stability to each pose.  It is challenging, but so much fun!!  You will be ready for SUP Yoga once summer comes!  Class size is limited to 15 people so advance sign in is recommended. All levels welcome, but prior yoga experience is recommended.


Ashtanga Yoga is a 5,000 year old set sequence of postures designed to bring strength, flexibility and endurance to the body and a sense of stillness to the mind. This intro class will teach the fundamentals of ashtanga yoga, sun salutations, primary series postures, ujjayi breath, energy locks and vinyasas to prepare the student for the full primary series of ashtanga yoga. Each practice will close with a short seated meditation. (Advanced. Prior experience required.)

Radiant Gentle Hot

A gentle heated class that leads students through a series of postures designed to calm, detoxify and strengthen the mind and body, but with less intensity.  The room is heated to 90-95 degrees. Please bring a towel and a large bottle of water. (Beginner friendly, All levels welcome)

Mixed Level Flow

This is an alignment based vinyasa class open to all levels. Breath and movement are synchronized to build heat, stimulate the nervous system and revitalize the body and mind. We offer modifications for beginners and options to challenge more advanced practitioners. (All levels welcome, but some prior yoga experience is recommended.)

Radiant Hot Vinyasa

Radiant Hot Vinyasa is a quick moving vinyasa class taught in a heated room (85-90 degrees) to help with flexibility and facilitate detoxification. Students can expect to find shorter and more challenging sequences, more transitions, extra core work, arm balances and inversions. Most suitable for intermediate students and above. Please bring a large towel and a large bottle of water. (Advanced class. Prior yoga experience required.)

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and restorative practice. Deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility, reduces pain and the effects of stress. Students with injuries, arthritis or other chronic conditions, limitations related to age or size as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit from this practice. No yoga experience is required. (Beginner Friendly, All Levels)

Sunrise Yoga

Rise and shine and awaken your spirit with this mixed level flow of sun salutations and energizing vinyasa flows.  We offer modifications for beginners and options to challenge more advanced practitioners. This class is sometimes heated. (All levels welcome, but prior yoga experience is recommended.)

Power Vinyasa

Different than many other power vinyasa classes, this class class slows it down a bit to build strength, endurance and ignite heat. This strength based vinyasa class will get you breathing, moving and sweating...a lot. Arm balances and inversions can be expected, however modification will be given so everyone can participate. (Advanced class. Prior yoga experience required.)

Vin / Yin

We combined the best of both worlds in this combo Gentle Flow (Vin) and deep stretching class (Yin). After a gentle flow to build heat, relaxing, passive stretches are held anywhere from 2-5 minutes to access deeper sensation in the body releasing tension and energy from both the muscles and the connective tissues. You will be guided through a combination of Yin postures, deep stretch, and restorative asana to find deeper ranges of motion and an increased flow of energy. (All levels welcome, but prior yoga experience is recommended.)

Yoga Basics

Great for beginners.  If you are looking to grow your practice from the ground up or return to the basic roots of yoga, this class is for you. Come explore a series of basic poses allowing you to create the pose based on your own body readiness. The teacher guides you through the practice one pose at a time leading to improved strength, flexibility and body awareness. (Beginner friendly, All Levels Welcome)

Yoga Fusion

Yoga Fusion is the perfect blend of yoga and strength building. Classes are designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group, including the core. Light weights (2-5 LBS) are added to yoga sequences, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. (All levels welcome, but prior yoga experience is recommended.
