Gentle Flow

September 5- 11, 2021

Our soothing gentle class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility, while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace - allowing ample time to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching & lingering in supported seated poses. Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well being. All levels welcome. Classroom is slightly heated.

This class is practiced in the unheated studio B.  All levels welcome, but some prior yoga experience is recommended.

All-Levels Flow
This is an alignment based vinyasa class open to all levels. Breath and movement are synchronized to build heat, stimulate the nervous system and revitalize the body and mind. We offer modifications for beginners and options to challenge more advanced practitioners. All levels welcome, but prior yoga experience is recommended.

This class is practiced in the unheated studio B.  Advanced class. Prior yoga experience required.

Power Vinyasa
Different than many other power vinyasa classes, this class class slows it down a bit to build strength, endurance and ignite heat. This strength based vinyasa class will get you breathing, moving and sweating...a lot. Arm balances and inversions can be expected, however modification will be given so everyone can participate. Intermediate/Advanced class. Prior yoga experience required.

This class is practiced in the heated studio A.  Please bring a towel and a bottle of water.  Beginner friendly and all levels welcome. Classroom is heated to 90-95 degrees.

Radiant Gentle Hot
A gentle heated class that leads students through a series of postures designed to calm, detoxify and strengthen the mind and body, but with less intensity.  The room is heated to 90-95 degrees. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Beginner friendly.

This class is practiced in the heated studio A.  Please bring a towel and a bottle of water.  All levels are welcome, but prior yoga experience recommended. Classroom is heated to 90-95 degrees.

Radiant Hot Flow
This is an alignment based heated vinyasa class open to all levels. Breath and movement are synchronized to build heat, stimulate the nervous system and revitalize the body and mind. We offer modifications for beginners and options to challenge more advanced practitioners. The room is heated to 90-95 degrees. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. All levels welcome, but prior yoga experience is recommended.

This class is practiced in the heated studio A.  Please bring a towel and a bottle of water.  This class is best suited for intermediate/advanced students.  Prior yoga experience required. Classroom is heated to 88-90 degrees.

Radiant Hot Vinyasa
Radiant Hot Vinyasa is a powerful vinyasa class taught in a heated room (90-92 degrees) to help with flexibility and facilitate detoxification. Students can expect to find shorter and more challenging sequences, more transitions, extra core work, arm balances and inversions. Most suitable for intermediate students and above. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Intermediate/Advanced class. Prior yoga experience required.

This class is practiced in the unheated studio B.  No yoga experience required and all levels welcome.

Radiant Restorative
Restorative yoga is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and restorative practice. Deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility, reduces pain and the effects of stress. Students with injuries, arthritis or other chronic conditions, limitations related to age or size as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit from this practice. No yoga experience is required. Beginner friendly. 

This class is practiced in the unheated studio B.  All levels welcome, however some yoga experience is recommended. 

Yoga Barre Fusion
This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform. All levels are welcome, but previous yoga experience is recommended. 

This class is practiced in the unheated studio B.  No yoga experience required.  All levels welcome.

Vin/Yin
We combined the best of both worlds in this combo Gentle Flow (Vin) and deep stretching class (Yin). After a gentle flow to build heat, relaxing, passive stretches are held anywhere from 2-5 minutes to access deeper sensation in the body releasing tension and energy from both the muscles and the connective tissues. You will be guided through a combination of Yin postures, deep stretch, and restorative asana to find deeper ranges of motion and an increased flow of energy. Beginner Friendly.

This class is practiced in the unheated studio B.  No yoga experience required.  All levels welcome.

Yoga Basics
Great for beginners.  If you are looking to grow your practice from the ground up or return to the basic roots of yoga, this class is for you. Come explore a series of basic poses allowing you to create the pose based on your own body readiness. The teacher guides you through the practice one pose at a time leading to improved strength, flexibility and body awareness. Beginner friendly.
