It's that time again! We are bringing back the Indo Board Yoga Series in May with Mindy Coulter of Positive Vibes SUP and Fit to get everyone Stand Up Paddleboard ready for the summer! Join us at the studio for some SUP fun on land!
Dates: Every Sunday in May from 1:00-2:00 PM (Class occurs 4 times total)
About the Indo Boards: This fun and exciting yoga class shines the light on strength, balance and focus. Indo Yoga Boards are designed to simulate Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga, but without the water. Each board has four rockers on the bottom to create a back and forth rocking motion creating an unstable surface. We bring the boards into the studio and use them in a class setting where students practice using muscular strength, especially core strength, balance and intense focus to bring stability to each pose. It is challenging, but so much fun! You will be ready for SUP Yoga once summer comes! .
*Space is limited to 15 people, so please be sure to sign up in advance. Regular memberships and class passes can be used towards this class series. Indo Board classes have already been added to the regular online schedule.
